The garden is adorned with an abundance of colorful flowers and lush grass, while palms, pines, and Mimosa trees enhance the landscape, providing shade to the buildings and creating inviting "islands" of comfort in the grassy areas.

Location-wise, Heliotopos is situated in the village of Eresos, which has been inhabited since the late Bronze Age and boasts fascinating architectural elements. Just three kilometers away from the village, you'll find the coastal settlement of Skala, also known as Gialos, renowned for its stunning sandy beach.

When descending Skala Eresou, you'll be greeted by a beautiful four-kilometer avenue lined with mulberry and poplar trees, connecting the mountain village to the seaside settlement. The fertile plain of Eresos stretches before you, showcasing meticulously maintained orchards and charming country houses. On your left, you'll notice the hill of Vigla, and just behind it, the historical Xokastro, offering a spectacular vantage point and breathtaking views of the area.

To your right, you'll spot the small church of Prophet Elias perched on a rock, while nestled in between lies the impressive beach. This magnificent beach stretches for 2.5 kilometers and boasts crystal-clear waters and soft sand. It has been awarded the Blue Flag of Europe, a testament to its cleanliness and ranking among the Mediterranean's finest seas.

Accessing Lesvos is convenient, with the island connected to Athens, Thessaloniki, and Kavala by air, as well as by ferry to Piraeus, Limnos, Kavala, Thessaloniki, Chios, Samos, and Ikaria.
